Winter is coming so I should probably start preparing desserts that are more suitable for cold weather. But, I still don’t want to give up ice-cream, especially if I can prepare it for breakfast and mix it with homemade granola, strawberries and chocolate chunks. I mean, is there anything that sounds more perfect than ice-cream for breakfast?
I bought two kilos of bananas last week. It was too much for me and my husband to eat, so I decided to freeze half of them before they went bad. And it was a great idea because, later, I those regular frozen bananas into heavenly good ice-cream. In less than 5 minutes!
I think that’s an amazing news for all of you out there who hate to lose time on making desserts. There’s no need to spend the entire day in the kitchen when there are so many simple and quick recipes. And this healthy banana ice-cream is probably the easiest recipe you’ll ever try to make. And it really tastes great! You can also add different nuts or berries if you want to change its flavour. But, in my opinion, it is already perfect with only bananas. I have to admit I also used it as a sauce with warm pancakes and it turned out perfectly. So, here you have two options to enjoy ice-cream, mixed with granola and fruits for breakfast, or as a sauce with pancakes. I loved both of them. Hope you will too.
