Winter is coming so I should probably start preparing desserts that are more suitable for cold weather. But, I still don’t want to give up ice-cream, especially if I can prepare it for breakfast and mix it with homemade granola, strawberries and chocolate chunks. Granola is something I always like to have in my kitchen. It’s delicious, healthy and great to combine with all sorts of ingredients. You can combine it with overnight oats, chia pudding, yoghurt, milk and fruits. Autumn has already begun but it is still very warm here, almost like at the beginning of June. September is, in my opinion, the best month in Barcelona.
