Spring is finally coming and bringing us a lot of unforgettable moments to spend outside, lots of new shirts, dresses and shorts… Spring weather also brings some new energy which makes us want to spend more time in the Sun, exercise more and eat well. I’m sure the majority of you has already made an exercising and eating plan in order to get into those skinny jeans you’ve been keeping in your wardrobe forever. So, let’s start with the detox so you can be prepared for nice weather. I have a suggestion for a drink which can be the perfect start of your detox, a black lemonade.
If you are looking at my photos with a suspicious look asking yourselves where the lemonade is, this is a black lemonade with the same taste as the classic one, but with activated charcoal which turns the lemonade black. The activated charcoal will detoxicate your body and lower the level of your cholesterol. So, my dears, go get the ingredients because there is nothing better than lemon to help you get some vitamin C and honey to instantly give you energy.
In case your nose is stuffed, you can add some cayenne pepper to the lemonade, or some mint leaves, if you prefere, to ease your digestion.

BLACK LEMONADE SPRING DETOX
Ingredients:
- 4 glasses filtered water
- Juice of 1 1/2 lemon
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 capsule activated charcoal
Instructions:
- Put all ingredients into a blender and blend for about half a minute.
- Pour lemonade into glasses and add couple of slices of lemon.
