Guilt-free chocolate chia pudding

  • 1 cup almond or rice milk
  • 1 cup almond or rice milk
  • 1 tbs cacao powder
  • 1 tbs cacao powder
  • 4 tbs chia seeds
  • 4 tbs chia seeds
  • 1 tbs honey
Instructions
  1. Mix chia and cocoa powder and stir well with a spoon.
  2. Add milk and stir until everything is mixed well.
  3. Add honey and stir well.
  4. Transfer into a jar and leave in the fridge.
  5. Wait about 15 minutes and chia out of the fridge, stir again and put it back in the fridge.
  6. Let it is for about 2-3 hours.
