Guilt-free chocolate chia pudding
- 1 cup almond or rice milk
- 1 cup almond or rice milk
- 1 tbs cacao powder
- 1 tbs cacao powder
- 4 tbs chia seeds
- 4 tbs chia seeds
- 1 tbs honey
- Mix chia and cocoa powder and stir well with a spoon.
- Add milk and stir until everything is mixed well.
- Add honey and stir well.
- Transfer into a jar and leave in the fridge.
- Wait about 15 minutes and chia out of the fridge, stir again and put it back in the fridge.
- Let it is for about 2-3 hours.
