Irresistible chocolate pralinés with cocoa butter
- ½ cup cocoa butter
- ½ cup cocoa
- 1 tbs coconut oil
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 tbs cashew butter
- Melt cocoa butter in a double boiler.
- Add cocoa and stir well.
- Remove from the heat and add coconut oil.
- Add maple syrup, cashew butter and stir well.
- Pour chocolate into silicone mold for pralinés.
- Keep pralinés in the fridge.
