Irresistible chocolate pralinés with cocoa butter

Ingredients
  • ½ cup cocoa butter
  • ½ cup cocoa
  • 1 tbs coconut oil
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 tbs cashew butter
Instructions
  1. Melt cocoa butter in a double boiler.
  2. Add cocoa and stir well.
  3. Remove from the heat and add coconut oil.
  4. Add maple syrup, cashew butter and stir well.
  5. Pour chocolate into silicone mold for pralinés.
  6. Keep pralinés in the fridge.
