Layered breakfast: homemade granola, chia pudding and nice cream
- 1 cup hazelnut milk
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 handful fresh raspberries
- 1 tablespoon rice coconut milk
- Pour milk into an airtight container.
- Add maple syrup and chia seeds and mix well.
- Leave it in the fridge overnight.
- Put the frozen banana into a food processor and process until creamy.
- Add raspberries and milk and process just a bit more.
