HEALTHY SNICKERS BITES
- 1 banana
- 3½ tablespoons date spread
- 1-2 tablespoons chopped salted peanuts
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- Cut banana into slices ( you should get about 14)
- Put ½ teaspoon of date spread on each slice.
- Put chopped peanuts on each slice.
- In a small saucepan, over low heat, melt 2 tablespoons of coconut oil. Whisk in cocoa powder and add maple syrup.
- Put chocolate sauce over each slice.
- Keep it in the fridge for at least 15 minutes before eating.
