Guilt-free chocolate chia pudding

Guilt-free chocolate chia pudding

Do you regularly exercise? I realy hope you are not looking for excuses to skip going to the gym or jogging. I’m a very dynamic person and I get bored easily so going to the gym without any special plan of exercising means I’ll try to skip it. But, going to a group class is a different thing. First of all, the time flies so fast when you are exercising in a group that you hardly notice it and more importantly, after this kind of training I really feel like I exercised. These trainings are normally in the evening so I’m always hungry afterwards and usually I don’t have a clue what to eat. But luckily I realised I could prepare healthy and tasty guilt-free chia pudding and enjoy it after every training. I know some of you will say it’s not very smart to eat sweets in the evening, but chia seeds are rich in protein and fibre, honey is a healthy sweetener and cocoa powder is highly nutritious, and it can provide numerous health benefits. So, let yourselves enjoy these small pleasures. And you can also prepare even healthier version of the pudding without cocoa powder and honey, by adding some mashed bananas or other fruit to chia seeds and milk. But as long as I’m concerned, chocolate chia pudding is perfect for me 🙂
Chia pudding can also be a great breakfast, mixed with overnight oats, homemade Nutella or fruits.

Enjoy!
