Easy and healthy date spread

Easy and healthy date spread

Hey guys! How are you today? Fine, I hope!
There have recently been some changes in my life so I’m a bit overwhelmed by everything. I’ve just started a new job and my feelings about it are still a bit mixed up. It’s kind of a job I would normally never apply for but…There is always a but. I saw the most adorable bag and I needed money to buy it, so I went to the interview and got the job. I have the craziest stories and reasons to do things, I know.
So now, after this crazy week of training at the new job and learning about things that never interested me, I have my beautiful bag and I don’t care about anything else.
Apart from the new job, I have some more exciting news. A lot of my texts have been published lately which fills me with so much joy and keeps me moving forward. I also started writing a column in a Serbian magazine Beauty and Health where I’ll be publishing recipes every week. This is the thing I’m especially proud and excited for.
All these things make me so happy but also take so much time so I’m trying to stay on schedule and write and publish new content whenever I can. I’ve been so busy that I didn’t even have time to properly try my new camera I bought three weeks ago. But I’ll do my best to do it soon, I promise.
Last night I forgot to prepare overnight oats so, when I woke up this morning, I needed something easy and tasty for breakfast. I’ve been experimenting with dates before but I’ve never made an actual date spread so I decided to give it a try. And it surprised me how easy it is and how it tastes like caramel. I will say no more, go on and make this spread and let me know how you like it.
