Date latte

Date latte

Summer is almost over and it makes me a little bit sad. Weekends at the beach, swimming and sunbathing will soon be over. But, it also makes me happy as autumn is a kind of a new start, a starting point to change your life, to start jogging, find a new job or spend an entire day under a blanket watching TV, and drinking hot chocolate when it’s raining outside.
Before summer officially ends, I want to enjoy it just a little bit more, to spend some more time at the beach and enjoy sunrays on my skin. In my mind, I want to freeze the image and the  sound of waves so I can imagine myself at that beach when its cold and rainy outside.
Today I brought summer to my home by making my date latte again, like I used to do during the entire summer. It quickly became a favorite drink in my house. It’s so creamy and mild, and ice cubes make it so refreshing. It’s a perfect combination with a raw bar or a muffin. If you make it, I’m sure you won’t regret and it’ll soon become a favorite drink among your friends and family.
