Homemade Ferrero Rocher inspired balls
- 1 cup hazelnuts
- 2 talespoons cocoa
- 1 tablespoons coconut oil
- 5 tablespoons water
- 15 dates
- 18 whole hazelnuts
- ⅓ cup chopped hazelnuts
- Put hazelnuts into a food processor and blend until it turns into butter.
- Add cocoa and coconut oil and blend a bit more, until everything is mixed well.
- Add water and blend a bit more. Leave aside.
- Put dates into a food processor and blend until they are broken and you get a sticky ball.
- Mix it with hazelnut paste and blend a bit more until everything mixes well.
- Put the dough in the fridge for about half an hour and then make little balls of it.
- Put one whole hazelnut into each ball.
- Roll each ball into chopped hazelnut.
- Keep Ferrero Rochers in the fridge. Enjoy!
