Healthy hazelnut and almond granola

Ingredients
  • 1½ cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup chopped almonds,
  • ½ cup chopped toasted hazelnuts
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts
  • ⅓ cup apple sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
Instructions
  1. Put the ingredients in a bowl, stir well until everything is combined.
  2. Preheat your oven to 170 C, transfer granola to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake it for about 15-20 minutes.
  3. Flip it and bake for another 15-20 minutes.
  4. Let it cool completely and then break it into small pieces.
  5. If you like a cruncier granola, put some coconut sugar on top before putting it into the oven.
  6. Add almond or rice milk and enjoy your granola.
