Overnight oats with banana, hazelnuts and almonds
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1½ cups almond or coconut milk
  • ¼ cup chopped hazelnuts
  • ¼ cup chopped almonds
  1. In a small bowl, mash the banana.
  2. Add oats and chia seeds and mix everything well.
  3. Add the milk and mix well.
  4. Add chopped hazelnuts and almonds and stir.
  5. Store in the refrigerator overnight.
  6. In the morning, add more milk if necessary.
