Healthy and incredibly tasty chocolate
- ½ cup coconut oil
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ¼ chopped hazelnuts
- ¼ chopped almonds
- 1 tablespoon hazelnut butter
- chopped strawberries (optional)
- In a medium sauce pan melt the coconut oil over low heat.
- Remove away from heat and whisk in the cocoa powder, maple syrup, and almond butter.
- Stir in the half of almonds and hazelnuts.
- Spoon the chocolate mixture onto the prepared parchment-lined pan and smooth out.
- Add some chopped strawberries on top (optional but recommended) and the rest of chopped almonds and hazelnuts..
- Put it in the freezer for at least 15 minutes before serving.
