Overnight oats with banana, chia seeds and walnuts

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 ½ cups coconut or almond milk
  1. In an airtight container mash the banana with a fork.
  2. Add rolled oats, chia seeds and walnuts.
  3. Add milk and stir.
  4. Close it and shake it well.
  5. Place in the fridge overnight.
